Denise Donoghue, aka the Mortgage Nerd, is a top-producing originator with Thrive Mortgage. She has been voted one of D magazines top mortgage professionals for 4 straight years. She is a top 1% originator in the US, as well as a Certified Mortgage Planner. In 2006, Denise received her Series 6 and Series 63 investment licenses so that she could further help clients position themselves in a better financial position. She’s a native Texas and graduate of Texas A&M and lives in the Dallas area.
