In this episode I team up with my good friend and social media guru, Coach Kyle Draper, as we participate in Pod-a-Palooza to support the non-profit S.O.M.E. (So Others Might Eat). While helping spread awareness and raise money for the charity, we cover a lot of topics relevant to mortgage and real estate professionals, including: becoming more attractive on social by focusing on leadership over sales, how engagement trumps the ROI of content, and navigating what to post by viewing it through the "coffee filter".

He prides himself on not just teaching about social media, but empowering people to see themselves differently and recognize that we are all doing better than we give ourselves credit for. Kyle is a former youth pastor, turned roofer, turned entrepreneur, now social media expert. He is also a certified speaker, teacher, and coach with the John Maxwell Team. He is passionate about Jesus, his wife (Lana), and his children (Harrison & Everly).
